Tuition Coordination Specialist

MaziCTools is seeking a Customer Coordinator for our online home tuition platform. In this role, you will manage customer queries via phone and WhatsApp, maintain strong relationships with customers, and interview tutors to connect them with parents.

The ideal candidate possesses strong sales and customer service skills, is fluent in English, and is highly motivated. No prior experience is needed as on-the-job training will be provided.
