Qualifications & Experience

• Active Professional Educator’s License (PEL) with visual impairment endorsement
• Master’s Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in school-based settings serving visually impaired students
• Completion of fingerprinting and all district-required credentialing prior to start

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier vision services to students aged Pre-K to Transition across multiple sites
• Provide guidance, mentorship, coaching, and training to new and returning staff
• Advocate for resources and best practices; collaborate with families and school teams to maximize student support
• Lead problem-solving initiatives and support the continuous professional growth of your department
