• Job Title: Locum Tenens OB/GYN / Obstetrician-Gynecologist
• Location: Langhorne, Pennsylvania (19047) - greater Philadelphia area
• Setting: Hospital call coverage, Labor & Delivery, inpatient obstetrics
• Shift: Varied 12-hour shifts including overnights, in-house and beeper call
• Hours per Week: 36
• Duration: 13 weeks (September 1, 2026 - December 1, 2026)
• Positions: 4 locum tenens OB/GYN openings

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $6,930 - $7,420
• Reimbursement: Hotel and mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate
• Onsite Services: Laboratory and ultrasound available
• Work Environment: Supportive hospital staff and collaborative care teams

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (within 5 years of residency acceptable)
• Active Pennsylvania medical license preferred; locums with PA license preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN clinical experience; prior hospital call coverage experience preferred
• Local providers eligible (mileage reimbursed only)

• Provide comprehensive hospital call coverage for the OB/GYN service, including overnight on-call shifts
• Manage low- and high-risk pregnancies (e.g., multiple gestations, preeclampsia, diabetes, chronic conditions)
• Perform labor and delivery care: routine vaginal deliveries, forceps/assisted deliveries, C-section decision-making and operative management, VBACs, and repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgery: diagnostic and operative laparoscopy, tubal procedures, ectopic surgery, oophorectomy, cystectomy, and other indicated gynecologic operations
• Collaborate with hospitalists, nursing, anesthesia, and neonatal teams to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care
