Food Runner

Raintree Country Club , located in Charlotte, NC , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Food Runner ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Summary: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our food and beverage team here at Raintree Country Club. As a food runner, you would be responsible for taking plates on a tray from our kitchen to our 3-level dining room. At times, you will be expediting the food from the window as well. There are 2 food runner shifts. The morning shift is 10:30 A.M to 4 P.M. and the evening shift is 4:00 P.M. to 9:30 P.M. Key Responsibilities: Taking correct food to the correct table Assisting the server with requests Keeping a clean and organized area Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changes tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkins Assists the server when needed Keeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredients Clean workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Performs other duties as required Qualifications: Must be able to lift 25lbs to waist height Must be able to stand for extended periods Must have reliable transportation Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatness Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
