Dynamics CRM Technical Lead
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Dynamics CRM solution.
Drive technical decisions, architecture design, customization.
Oversee development activities, including customization, configuration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
Support the integration with other systems such as AMS360, Insurtech aggregators.
Integrate with contact center solutions.
Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Azure integrations.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
