88H Cargo Specialist
Descripción del puesto:
Como Especialista en Carga, serás el experto en manejo de carga para todo lo que el Army transporte por mar, tierra y aire. Te asegurarás que el Army reciba suministros, armas, correo y equipos diariamente en todo el mundo. Recibirás entrenamiento en documentación y aseguramiento de carga y aprenderás a cargar y descargar manualmente o con equipos especiales como grúas y montacargas.
Requisitos:
- Ser ciudadano estadounidense o residente permanente con una Green Card válida
- Tener entre 17 y 42 años de edad
- Tener diploma de High School o GED
- Cumplir con las reglas sobre los tatuajes
- No tener infracciones legales graves
- No tener complicaciones médicas
Pruebas y Certificaciones:
- 43 certificaciones reconocidas a nivel nacional disponibles
- 10 semanas de Basic Training
- 8 semanas de Advanced Individual Training
- 88 ASVAB Score: General Maintenance (GM)
Habilidades que Aprenderás:
- Manejo de vehículos
- Almacenamiento y depósito
- Documentación de carga

El Army Civilian Acquired Skills Program (ACASP) puede reducir la duración de tu entrenamiento inicial y agilizar tu proceso de asignación para que puedas empezar tu carrera en el Army cuanto antes. Las habilidades o experiencia previas relacionadas con esta carrera pueden darte ventaja de unirte al Army en un rango más alto, ganar más salario y obtener puestos de liderazgo más rápido.
