RN Home Infusion

The RN Home Infusion is a licensed professional who plans for, coordinates, and provides individualized nursing care to patients and families in their homes. The provision of home infusion services reflects the mission, philosophy and values of the agency. This position reports directly to the Care Team Leader or Nurse Manager of the Department.

Schedule:

Primary shift 10a-630p (Options for 10hrs or 8hrs time slots, eg 8a-430p)

One weekend shift every other weekend

Coverage:

The service area for this role will primarily focus on the Philadelphia area, followed by the surrounding 4 counties, Southern New Jersey, and Northern Delaware.

Employee starts from home and travels to patient homes/visit locations.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

EDUCATION: Graduate of accredited nursing school

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years in the acute care setting or 1 year in home care, hospice or home infusion setting

Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements:

Current RN licensure in state of employment; Provider in Basic Cardiac Life Support; valid driver's license.
