Key Requirements
- Senior Program Manager experience for more than 8 years mostly in financial services
- Having extensive experience in managing and leading Kanban teams
- Having extensive experience in Jira to generate different reports out of the same
- Having experience in working cross geographic multiple teams
- Having extensive experience in leading capacity management for the portfolio and highlighting risk in attending the deliverables to leadership team.
