Job Description
Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Schedule

Rotating schedule (Day/Night) with 36 hours per week. Shift times include Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30 and Day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30. Every other weekend required.

Assignment Details

Travelers will work straight shifts for 4-week periods, alternating every 4 weeks. Must float within the assigned facility.

Requirements

• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Previous telemetry experience
• Experience with IV insulin protocols and insulin drips
• Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult patients with active oncology diagnoses and treatments, as well as patients with other medical conditions
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient assessments and care plans in compliance with facility policies
• Assist with patient education and support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
