Flight Paramedic

As a Flight Paramedic with REACH Medical Holdings, you will deliver advanced life support and critical care during helicopter and fixed-wing transports across California and the Western U.S. You’ll assess, stabilize, and manage high-acuity patients in collaboration with a dedicated flight team, using advanced clinical tools in a safety-driven environment. Responsibilities include rapid triage, medication administration, invasive procedures within scope, and clear communication with EMS and hospitals. You’ll train continuously, uphold strict safety and aviation protocols, and provide compassionate, mission-focused care to diverse communities, day or night.
