Job Description & Requirements Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75 This facility is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and Requirements for this opportunity Schedule: 1-2 weeks/month, full 7 days. Practice Setting: Inpatient Type of cases and required procedures: General Cardiology cases and procedures Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications required: Must be Board Certified Licensure required: Must have an active Indiana license to be considered, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)(or one that is easily transferable) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Facility Location Known as the "Amateur Sports Capital of the World" and the 12th-largest city in the U.S., Indianapolis is the capital of Indiana and home to an expansive variety of cultural and historical offerings.
