Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – IMC / Stepdown

Location: Thomasville, Georgia

Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Compensation

• Weekly Pay Package: $1,700 – $1,900/week

Job Overview

Archbold Memorial Hospital is seeking experienced IMC/Stepdown Registered Nurses for a 13-week assignment in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU). The ideal candidate will have recent Critical Care or ICU experience and be comfortable managing telemetry patients and titrating critical drips in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the IMC/Stepdown unit
• Monitor telemetry patients and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Administer and titrate critical drips as ordered
• Perform IV starts and lab draws/sample collection
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care

Schedule & Unit Details

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 3x12 Schedule
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• 13-week assignment with possible extension
• Orientation: 16 Hours

Requirements

Required:

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year recent Critical Care and ICU experience
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring experience
• IV Start and Lab Draw experience
• Experience titrating critical drips

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Stepdown/Telemetry experience
