Business Development Manager – Outside Sales
LaGrange, GA | Local Territory | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Elwood Staffing is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the Douglasville market. If you're a motivated hunter who thrives on prospecting, developing new accounts, and closing business, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career with an industry leader.
At Elwood Staffing, we serve more than 6,000 businesses and put over 28,000 people to work every day . You'll have the support, training, and resources needed to build your territory while earning uncapped commissions.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and identify workforce solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate, close, and onboard new accounts.
- Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Travel locally throughout your territory (60–70% field-based). This is not a remote position. Auto allowance provided.
What We're Looking For
- Proven outside sales or business development experience preferred.
- A passion for prospecting and building new business.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the local territory.
