\n \nPosition Overview:
\nJoin our team as a Sales Associate at the DJI Authorized Retail Store (ARS) in the heart of New York City. We're looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in photography/videography and retail sales. The ideal candidate will excel in driving sales and surpassing targets, key to this role is your capacity for exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
\n \nImportant:
\nApplications without photography, videography, or DJI product experience will not be considered.
\n \nRequirements Before Applying:
\n• Previous use or knowledge of DJI products. (Preferred)
\n• Photographers / videographers are encouraged to apply.
\n• Proven expertise in retail sales.
\n• A strong commitment to becoming an expert in DJI products.
\n• An energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic disposition.
\n• Teamwork skills are essential.
\n\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n• Guide customers in selecting the right DJI products to suit their needs.
\n• Maintain thorough knowledge of DJI products to offer expert advice to customers.
\n• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a memorable in-store experience.
\n• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and team to meet store goals and sales targets.
\n• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and maintain store cleanliness.
\n• Help managing store operations, maintaining appealing product displays.
\n• Stay updated with DJI products, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.
\n• Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
\n• Follow store protocols, including adherence to safety guidelines.
\n• Uphold DJI's brand values and service standards for customer satisfaction.
\n• Participate and create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance our digital footprint.
\n\n
Qualifications and Requirements:
\n• Previous experience in retail or sales.
\n• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
\n• Excellent communication.
\n• Ability to work well in a team environment.
\n• Flexibility for shift work, with a strong focus on availability for weekends and holidays.
\n• A genuine passion for technology and the drone industry.
\n\n
