Cherry County Hospital is seeking a collaborative and experienced Director of Home Health & Employee Health Services to lead our Home Health and Employee Health programs. This leadership role is ideal for a team-oriented healthcare professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while promoting employee health, safety, and wellness.
Position Highlights
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for Home Health and Employee Health Services
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and regulatory compliance
- Lead, mentor, and support interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Oversee employee health programs, workplace safety, infection prevention, and wellness initiatives
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, quality improvement, and operational performance
- Collaborate with hospital leadership, providers, and community partners to achieve organizational goals
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare operations, home health, and/or employee health preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, quality improvement, and compliance
- Ability to lead teams, manage change, and build positive working relationships
- Commitment to excellence in patient care and employee wellness

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Certification in Home Health or Occupational Health (preferred)
- 5+ years of leadership experience in home health, employee health, or related healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of CMS, OSHA, and healthcare regulatory standards
