Vice President OF Supply Chain

Remora is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead and scale supply chain and manufacturing as we move from R&D to production of complex industrial hardware. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience in industrial equipment (e.g., heat exchangers, blowers, skids). We're building modular carbon capture systems for vehicles — turning exhaust into beverage‑grade CO2 sold to breweries and greenhouses. We deploy in regions facing severe CO2 shortages, where prices are highest, allowing us to generate high margins without tax credits or carbon credits. Responsibilities Leadstrategicsourcingofcomponents, fabrication, and contract manufacturing. Own supplier relationships from RFQ through qualification, contract negotiation, factory acceptance testing, and on‑time delivery. Negotiate agreements with suppliers to achieve the strongest pricing, lead times, payment terms, risk allocation, and downside protection. Build long‑term partnerships with suppliers to support Remora’s rapid growth. Build a strategy to scale supply chain and manufacturing to meet Remora’s ambitious deployment schedule, including make vs. buy, dual sourcing, etc. Develop and implement scalable processes for shipping and receiving, inventory tracking, and quality management. Optimize delivery timing and payment terms to improve capital efficiency and ROIC. Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Legal on DFM, cost, and contracts.
