Plant Controller

ICX Group is seeking a looking for a detail-oriented Plant Controller to oversee the financial management of a large organizations plant operations. The Plant Controller will be responsible for overseeing the accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis of the plant operations. This position will report to the Controller and work closely with plant management to ensure financial objectives are met. Responsibilities Manage plant accounting functions, including monthly financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls. Prepare and analyze plant financial statements and performance metrics, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain annual plant budgets and monthly forecasts in collaboration with plant management.
