Manufacturing Technician - Shaped Charge Production (Rosharon, TX)
Hourly Pay: $20-$22/hour | Full Time | Multiple Shifts

Responsibilities

- Operate Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to control and monitor production bays
- Install mechanical tooling using hand tools such as Allen and torque wrenches
- Execute packaging and handling of shaped charges (explosives) following safety protocols
- Maintain productivity and safety standards within a semi-automated production line
- Interact with hydraulic presses, robotic systems, and conveyors during operations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot process, product, or program issues; perform repairs as needed
- Read and interpret job packets, work orders, wire lists, and bills of material
- Support functional work group projects and implement test techniques for process improvement

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience operating HMIs or touchscreen production systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with basic hand tools
- Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, hands-on environments
- Basic understanding of electronics, hydraulics, and automated machine operation
- Proactive, independent work style
- Eligibility to obtain BATFE Level 4 clearance (explosives handler; processed post-hire)

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience handling hazardous materials or explosives
- Previous work in semi-automated or automated manufacturing settings
