You will develop individualized treatment plans, work independently, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient mobility and function. Shift Times: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours/Day: 8 Shift Notes: Five 8hr days OFFSET Schedule: Tues-Sat or Sun-Thursday Weekend Requirements: Part of Shift/Holiday rotation required On Call Requirements: None Required qualifications include a minimum of 2 years current post-grad PT experience in inpatient/acute care, ability to work independently, BLS (AHA), and an active VT PT license. Critical Access Hospital experience is strongly preferred, and prior travel experience is preferred.
