Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Agent

Job Summary NOW HIRING – Bilingual Spanish healthcare agents for a rapidly growing client. You will engage members to resolve complex coverage and benefit issues, provide empathetic support, and coordinate across internal and external partners to ensure seamless healthcare experiences. Handle inbound or outbound phone calls daily. Responsibilities Use technology to troubleshoot prior authorization issues and coordinate across PBMs. Leverage strong customer service and de‑escalation skills to manage complex claims issues and support members through difficult situations. Qualifications Experience in healthcare call centers or customer service (non‑retail). Strong multitasking and communication skills. Comfort discussing sensitive healthcare topics (e.g., chronic conditions, end‑of‑life care). Ability to use multiple monitors and systems simultaneously. MUST be bilingual in Spanish or Korean. Knowledge of healthcare offerings and prior call center experience. Shift & Hours Call Center Hours: 8:00 am–8:00 pm local time October–April: Open 7 days a week April–October: Open Monday–Friday Start date will not be until August. Location Fully onsite position in Houston, TX 77070 (Contract to Hire). Pay $18.50 – $23.50 per hour.
