What You'll Do

Implement evidence-based ABA strategies under the direction of a BCBA or approved clinical supervisor. Support communication, social development, emotional regulation, independence, and daily living skills. Track behavioral and skill development data and communicate progress, concerns, and observations to your team. Work closely with BCBAs, supervisors, families, and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of treatment goals and individualized support. Provide services in homes, schools, residential programs, day services, and throughout the community. Complete accurate and timely documentation while following clinical and organizational requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or GED minimum Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Strong communication, problem solving, and adaptability skills Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
