Human resources assistant

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Organize, update, and maintain physical and digital employee files with strict confidentiality and high accuracy.
• Provide daily support to the HR team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling routine HR inquiries.
• Help plan, organize, and execute fun company events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Assist with preparing new hire packets, tracking paperwork, and coordinating smooth onboarding experiences.
• Help input and maintain accurate workforce data in HR systems to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administrative support, office management, or HR assistant role.
• Organizational skills with an eye for detail, especially when managing files and documentation.
• Solid communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Absolute discretion and commitment to handling sensitive, confidential information.
