SHIFT SUPERVISOR (ON CALL)

Position Shift Supervisor Location World Bank Group – 1818 H Street Northwest, Washington, DC 20433. Schedule On‑call schedule, Monday through Friday; hours may vary. Compensation $26.25 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Respond to alerts and perform shift supervisory duties. Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet performance standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests. Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior supervisory and hospitality experience preferred. Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
