About Us Pines Federal Employment Attorneys is a nationally recognized boutique law firm representing federal employees and Social Security Disability (SSDI) claimants and appellants throughout the United States. Our clients come to us during some of the most difficult moments of their lives and careers. We guide them through MSPB appeals, EEOC matters, whistleblower claims, disciplinary actions, investigations, Social Security Disability appeals, and other federal employment disputes. What You’ll Do As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will: Lead litigation strategy from intake through resolution. Manage a sophisticated federal employment litigation caseload. Represent clients before the MSPB, EEOC, and federal courts. Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations. Draft persuasive motions, briefs, and legal memoranda. Develop litigation strategy with autonomy and sound judgment. Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development. Help improve firm systems and processes as we continue to grow. Continuous learning. Leadership that invests in your growth. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience. Federal employment law experience is preferred but not required. Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills. Strong organizational and case management abilities. Location Houston, Texas is preferred. Exceptional remote candidates with the right experience will also be considered. Compensation: $150,000+ annually , based on experience and demonstrated ability, plus performance bonuses.
