Imagine Staffing is recruiting Financial Service representatives for our client, an international transportation organization. This position is vital for maintaining accurate financial records. We are looking for a proactive individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, contributing to smooth workflow processes and client satisfaction, while supporting the overall growth of the business.

 

Role & Responsibility:

Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success

 

• Conduct regular account reviews to verify accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Process customer payments accurately and promptly, ensuring adherence to established protocols and deadlines.
• Monitor payment transactions for discrepancies and resolve issues as they arise.
• Open cases on behalf of customers to facilitate further research and resolution of issues related to their accounts or payments.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their inquiries, providing updates and information as needed.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and communications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, which may include cross-training in other areas of the back office.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other office software and formula knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
• Professional demeanor; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or other related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
