About the Role
The Company is in need of a Senior PM / VP of Operations with a strong background in civil construction, particularly in heavy highway, site work, underground utilities, and paving. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading teams and projects, with a stable work history and a minimum of 10 years' experience in the industry. A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is required, along with experience in managing large and complex projects and teams. The role demands excellent communication skills and a history of demonstrated leadership success. The ideal Senior PM / VP of Operations for the company will be a strategic leader with the ability to drive the company's operations to new heights. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
