Position Overview


We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience to support daily operations in a food production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining machinery, facilities, and grounds to ensure maximum equipment uptime , operational efficiency , and food safety compliance .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive industrial maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and machinery
• Conduct daily preventive maintenance (PM) and maintain accurate documentation
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Work with AC/DC motor starters, pumps, and PLC controls
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly to minimize downtime and avoid production delays
• Support building and facility maintenance , including grounds upkeep
• Read and interpret equipment diagrams and schematics
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with:
  • Electrical systems
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics
  • PLC systems
  • AC/DC motor controls
  • Pumps and industrial machinery
• Stainless steel welding experience required
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Technical school or college degree preferred (Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or related field)
