Radiology - Interventional Physician

Provide inpatient interventional radiology coverage with dedicated support, a wide range of vascular and IR procedures, and the flexibility to work one to two weeks each month.

Practice & Cases:

• Adult inpatient interventional radiology service
• Dedicated PAX, technologists, laboratory, emergency department, and hospitalist support
• Perform vascular interventions, angiography, embolization, dialysis access procedures, biopsies, drain placements, and additional IR procedures
• Blend of interventional radiology and vascular workflow during assigned coverage

Schedule:

• Coverage blocks of 1 to 2 weeks per month
• Weekday procedural schedule during assigned weeks
• 24-hour call while onsite for scheduled coverage blocks
• Repeat coverage opportunities available

Requirements:

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology
• Active Georgia medical license or active IMLC Letter of Qualification
• BLS and DEA required

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage reimbursement provided
• Travel accommodations arranged according to assignment guidelines
