If Physician is retiring, how much longer will Physician Work:Replacing a doc who relocated.
Experience Requirement:None
Partnership Opportunity:Yes; 1-2 years for experienced hires & 2-3 for “green” docs
Target Compensation:$300k Base
Bonus Opportunity: Yes, for collections in excess of 3x salary
Retirement Program:Yes w/ Match; 100% of 3% & 50% of next 4/5%
