If You're New to This

• You're paid to learn. $25/hour, guaranteed, for your first 30 days — no commission risk while you're figuring it out. 

• You get a real system, not sink-or-swim.  The SVG Phoenix Process — role-play, coaching, recorded practice — teaches you to run a deal start to finish: greet, present, deliver. No handing customers off. No disappearing into a back office. 

• The ceiling doesn't exist here.  Once training ends, you move into uncapped commission. Our top performers — people who started with zero experience — are earning well into six figures. That's not a hypothetical; it's what's already happening on our floor.

If You're Already in the Business 

You already know the grind: splitting deals with a finance manager who showed up for five minutes at the end, watching customers get run back and forth to "check with the manager," playing a game you never liked playing in the first place.
