Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Overview Capstone Realty Professionals is a very active, locally owned, real estate team in the Phoenix metro area assisting clients with buying, selling and managing residential real estate. Our experience in this rapidly evolving market has given us excellent resources for helping our clients through even the most complicated real estate scenarios. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a full‑time, in‑office Accounting Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable skills in software proficiency, data analysis, and accounting principles while contributing to a positive work environment. You will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and support the Accountant. Responsibilities Processing invoices and utility bills Processing commission payments Processing notices and evictions Reviewing leases and other agreements for accuracy Posting payments Managing HOA statements Filing TPT Credit card management, reconciliations and payments Categorizing QuickBooks entries and reporting Managing office contracts and payments Accounting support for projects and assignments Qualifications Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and take initiative Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently while also being a team player, fostering a respectful and honest work environment Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to find solutions Business knowledge and a general understanding of business operations and terminology is beneficial for accountants Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalency Additional training in accounting principles is highly preferred Reliable transportation Strong customer service skills Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Details Location: Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $21 – $25 per hour Skill Level: Associate #J-18808-Ljbffr
