Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Current SLP (CCC) certification
• Illinois state licensure or eligibility
• Background in school settings or experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students, educators, and families

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning plans
• Engage in regular communication with teachers and families regarding students’ successes and needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and ongoing professional development opportunities
