Operating Engineer

What this job involves: The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems. Expected Compensation $28 - $34 per hour Expected Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm Responsibilities Complete assigned tasks including painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance (as allowed by licensing) Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily and complete any tenant service requests Perform assigned preventive maintenance and inspection tasks Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable) Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical, DDC and pneumatic controls Comply with all safety procedures Participate in ongoing technical, safety and operational process training programs Complete other projects and tasks as assigned On-site Presence Required Yes Location On-site - Blue Bell, PA Required Qualifications 3+ years related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry Trade school education, union training, military service or college is desirable Universal CFC EPA certification or interest in achieving within first year (with JLL assistance) Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive Strong customer service skills Visa Sponsorship This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
