Job Description
- Manage all phases of large ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress aligns with project plans and specifications.
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
