WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe are seeking: • Proven automotive sales professionals (luxury brand experience strongly preferred) • Self-starters who do not require micromanagement • Leaders with strong communication and team-building ability (for leadership role) • Individuals who consistently perform at a high-income level • Professionals tired of overcrowded floors, heavy packs, and restrictive pay structures that limit earning potential • Experienced auto sales professionals only - this opportunity is not intended for entry-level or unqualified applicants ????
