As our marketing team continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help support our expanding creative and advertising needs. About the Role As a Graphic Designer, you will create compelling visual content across digital advertising, social media, web, email, and other marketing channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing, media, and creative teams to turn campaign concepts into polished, effective creative. The majority of the role will focus on static and image-based design, with some light video editing and content creation for social media and advertising. This is ideal for someone who is highly creative, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple quick-turn projects in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Design creative assets for digital advertising, social media, websites, landing pages, email, and other marketing initiatives Adapt creative into multiple sizes, formats, and placements across digital platforms Create and edit simple short-form video content using existing imagery, footage, copy, and creative assets Collaborate with marketing, media, and copywriting teams to develop effective campaign creative Apply UI/UX principles to digital and web-based designs to improve clarity, usability, and engagement Manage multiple projects and respond efficiently to daily creative requests and changing priorities Maintain brand consistency and high design standards across all marketing materials Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver production-ready creative What You Bring: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within advertising, digital marketing, social media, or an agency environment Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in advertising, digital media, and social media design Experience creating both static creative and straightforward short-form video content Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, layout, and digital design Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills Self-motivated, responsive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through completion Preferred: Experience creating performance-focused advertising and lead-generation creative Familiarity with Canva or similar rapid-content creation tools Experience in financial services, precious metals, or another high-consideration consumer industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field Adobe Certified Professional certification in one or more Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus Why Join Us: Be part of a fast-growing, industry-leading organization Work with a collaborative and high-performing marketing and creative team Create work that supports major digital advertising and customer acquisition initiatives Enjoy competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth If you’re a versatile designer who combines strong creative skills with speed, responsiveness, and attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.
