Business Intelligence Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Revenue Intelligence Analyst will build and maintain dashboards and decision-making tools to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes and enhance customer engagement. Key responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards and tools for various departments, including Transactions and Product Transform business questions into reliable decision systems by defining problems, gathering evidence, and measuring results Identify patterns in customer data to recommend improvements in processes, products, and integrations Required qualifications Strong analytical judgment and commercial curiosity Experience with data analysis, spreadsheets, SQL, or coding to solve ambiguous problems Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data Interest in marketplaces, B2B SaaS, and operational systems Experience in the floriculture industry is a strong plus
