Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) - Strike AssignmentThis is a per diem position requiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work during a strike assignment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a timely manner. Candidates must attend orientation prior to the strike and fulfill all required compliance items.Schedule07:30 PM - 07:00 AMResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care and support nursing staff during strike assignment.Adhere to facility policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of practice.Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.Document patient care and assessments accurately in the electronic health record (EPIC).Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive nursing license verification.Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or attestation of vaccination/declination.Proficient in using EPIC or similar Electronic Health Record systems.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
