Customer Relations Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the service industry, is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join their team. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a compassionate approach, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Customer Relations Representative **Location:** Claysburg, PA **Pay Range:** $18.50 **Shift:** 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, 7 days a week, 2 days in a row off every week, and every other weekend off unless you prefer the weekend. **What's the Job?** + Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone and digital touchpoints. + Serve as the first line of support for routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately. + Assist customers with troubleshooting technical app and program issues related to mobile apps, online ordering, and loyalty programs. + Help resolve payment system concerns, including transactions and preauthorization issues, at the store level. + Document customer interactions accurately within the ticketing system and route inquiries to the appropriate departments. **What's Needed?** + Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. + Help Desk or Call Center experience preferred. + Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues. + Proficiency with various software and computer systems. + High School diploma or GED required. **What's in it for me?** + Work in a dynamic environment supporting a reputable organization. + Enjoy a consistent schedule with two days off in a row and every other weekend off or every weekend if preferred. + Receive comprehensive virtual training via Teams to ensure your success. + Be part of a team that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth. + Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50/hour.
