As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client growth and building lasting relationships by connecting with potential clients, understanding their unique wellness needs, and promoting tailored fitness solutions. This position offers a thrilling blend of sales, leadership, and fitness expertise, providing a platform to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the well-being of our community. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the personal training sales team to exceed pay period and monthly sales targets at LA Fitness JAX.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients and increase personal training program enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gym members and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with fitness trainers and staff to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to enhance team effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- Represent GRIP Personal Training at LA Fitness events and promotions to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the health, wellness or fitness industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop data-driven strategies.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LA Fitness operations and client base is highly desirable.
