Customer Care Specialist

Responsibilities include: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude. Assist customers with placing orders , providing accurate quotes, and ensuring a seamless delivery process for our products. Maintain a strong, working knowledge of our product catalog to provide expert assistance and timely service. Act as a customer advocate , identifying and resolving issues with a focus on quick, effective solutions. Collaborate with various vendors to get parts, check order status, and obtain pricing and quotes. Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Assist other departments as needed, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment. Help improve our processes by providing valuable feedback on system needs and potential changes. Ensure all duties are performed in conformance with company quality management standards. Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Knowledge of automotive or heavy-duty parts is a plus. Proficient with data entry and computers , including Microsoft Office products. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Pay for this position is $22 per hour. Your final compensation will be determined by several factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
