Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, with overtime

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Production Lead to oversee packaging operations in a warehouse environment. This role involves supervising team activities, assisting management with staff training, and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency during fast-paced production tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse leadership, packaging, or materials handling, with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead packaging activities for various products within a warehouse setting
• Assist management in training and supervising production staff
• Ensure accurate reporting of production activities and inventory levels
• Manage stacking of materials and create cardboard displays
• Oversee safety and quality standards during packaging operations
• Assist with inventory control and proper use of tools and equipment
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area
• Support team in meeting production deadlines and efficiency goals
• Handle goods and materials requiring movement and lifting of objects weighing 10-40 lbs
• Follow safety procedures related to physical handling and prolonged standing
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift/move objects weighing 10-40 lbs
• Experience in warehouse, production, or general handling roles
• Computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or production environment

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Regularly stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Frequently lift or move objects weighing 10-40 lbs
• Must work in a fast-paced warehouse setting

Additional Information
Use timeclock to clock in and out. Dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt (no rips or tears), and closed-toed shoes (no soft fabric shoes).
