IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to oversee our companys information technology systems and operations The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and its practical applications in a business setting as well as excellent leadership and communication skills Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives Manage IT budget and resources effectively Oversee network infrastructure security systems and data management processes Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation Lead a team of IT professionals providing guidance training and support as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of technology into business processes Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or similar role Strong knowledge of network administration database management and security protocols Proven experience managing projects from conception to completion Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Preferred qualifications Masters degree in Information Technology or related field Experience working in a fast-paced environment Certification in relevant technologies eg Cisco Microsoft Location Las Vegas with accommodation Salary $1500month negotiable based on experience Note This position is open to Indian nationals with biometric passports who are fluent in English #J-18808-Ljbffr Horizon Financial
