Dialysis Registered Nurse

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority

Provide nursing care to dialysis patients using the nursing process, monitoring patient conditions and coordinating with the care team. Administer medications and treatments as appropriate, maintain accurate electronic health records, promote safety and evidence-based practice, and support quality improvement initiatives. The role may require floating to other units or facilities.
