Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (11:00 AM – 11:30 PM) with Call Requirements | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care for adult and pediatric patients in a Level I Trauma setting
• Manage on-call obligations including 2 weekday on-call shifts per 6-week schedule, 1 weekend 12-hour on-call shift per 6-week schedule, and 1 summer and 1 winter on-call holiday
• Document patient care using Cerner Aecis Surgi Net charting system
• Float as needed to affiliated GI or pain center locations
• Adhere to all compliance requirements including labs, PA fingerprinting, and facility orientation modules

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Critical Care or PACU
• Level I Trauma experience and ICU background required
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification required
• PALS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in SICU, MICU, or CTICU settings
• Familiarity with mixed adult and pediatric patient populations
• Experience with Cerner-based charting systems
