Casino Slot AttendantIncludes but not limited to:Keep abreast of and adheres to all casino policies and proceduresAssist customers on slot devices while maintaining priority customer servicePromptly deliver cocktails, beer, wine and other items as requested/ordered by guestsPractice and promote all applicable beverage service health and safety regulationsRequired to know and execute Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) policies as neededCheck identification of guests who appear to be under 30 and never serve a guest without proper ID (special attention paid to matching IDs with Player Club card)Recognize guests who are consuming alcohol too quickly and implement "Slow Down" protocolRecognize guests who display signs of intoxication and implement "Cut Off" protocolResponsible for all aspects of the Slot operationsResponsible for maintaining Door Open LogWill circulate the Slot area while observing the Slot device correct operation and play. Slot Attendants will observe patrons for slot abuse, sabotage and cheatingResponsible for legibly completing ALL paperwork dailyResponsible for assisting the patrons in operation and understanding of the playing method of the Slot devicesResponsible for working in a safe cautious manner so as to not endanger property, patrons, themselves or other employeesResponsible for clocking in and out dailyResponsible for ensuring the appearance of the casino floor is professional at all timesResponsible for dumping ashtrays, disposing unused cups, and cleaning machines when it is not busy on the floorAssure that a high level of service is provided to internal and external guests.Qualifications:Availability to work any shiftMust pass initial drug screening, background investigation, and random drug testsGood credit mandatoryMust have strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skillsMust have the ability to work alone and as part of a teamMust maintain an excellent work attendance historyMust be detail oriented and possess organizational skillsLanguage Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies and staff.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
