Allstate Auto Experts is hiring an experienced Service Advisor who is ready to work hard, sell with integrity, and earn what they are worth.

We are a high-volume, full-service automotive repair facility with the customer traffic, reputation, financing options, technician talent, and sales opportunities to support a six-figure Service Advisor .

Experience with Kwik Kar, Driver’s Edge, Sun Auto, Integrity 1st, Christian Brothers, Firestone, Pep Boys, dealership service departments, or another high-volume repair shop is a major plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building trust with customers and guiding them through repair decisions
• Presenting complete inspection results and repair recommendations
• Following up on estimates and keeping customers informed
• Managing repair orders from check-in through delivery
• Working closely with technicians, parts vendors, and the advisor team
• Asking for the sale without becoming a pushy carnival barker
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience every single time

What We’re Looking For

• Proven automotive service advisor experience
• Strong sales, communication, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable handling a fast-paced, high-volume workflow
• Willingness to work rotating weekends
• Reliable attendance and a professional appearance
• Ability to stay organized when the phones, customers, technicians, and parts department all need you at once
• A competitive attitude without the toxic nonsense
• Someone who wants an opportunity, not just another job
