Schedule:
- Up to 29 hours/Week
- Monday Friday shifts between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
- Typical shifts are 4-5 hours and may fall in the morning or afternoon
- Regular Saturday availability is required in our East Region. Hours are 8:30 am 1:30 pm. Frequency will vary based on business needs.
Orientation & Training:
- Orientation : 8 days of paid orientation at our main branch (1100 Clinton Road, Jackson, MI).
- Training : 5 weeks of hands-on learning with an experienced Member Advisor to set you up for success.

Your Role:
- Process everyday banking transactions like deposits and withdrawals.
- Assist members with loan applications.
- Spot and prevent potentially fraudulent activity.
- Share products and services that make life better for our members.
- Use multiple programs while staying compliant with regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 1 year of similar experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required to effectively serve our diverse membership.
