Part SPENGA Fitness Studio Manager

Position Summary: 

The job encompasses everything involved in running lead generation, tracking, and membership sales, and managing a weekend sales team dedicated to promoting the SPENGA brand.  Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses!   Additional hours are available.  Hours are weeknights 3:35pm-7pm (3 shifts during the week) and Weekends 7am-1pm (1 shift during the weekend).Additional hours are available.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
• Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred
• Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
• Contagious upbeat personality
• Motivation and drive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
• Manage all sales aspects of the business including  
  • lead generation
  • grass roots marketing
  • establishing business to business relationships
  • lead tracking 
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
• Sell memberships and retail
• Retain and increase client participation
• Submit accurate and timely reports
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
• As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
