Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Urgent Care Physician (MD or DO) , you will join the thriving Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, playing a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in our Capitola, CA clinic.

You will provide comprehensive Urgent Care services to a diverse community, focusing on lower acuity cases and a variety of acute illnesses and minor trauma. You'll benefit from a supportive environment that values innovation, collaboration, and personal well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will be a compassionate and skilled Urgent Care Physician seeking a fulfilling career with exceptional work-life balance and practice autonomy.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse community, managing 20-35 patients per day.
• Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting for simple lacerations, sprains, strains, and minor trauma.
• Manage acute illnesses, including catheter care and IV fluid administration.
• 176 shifts per year

• Competitive annual salary guarantee of $376,200

Job Requirements

Required

• Board-certified or Board-eligible MD or DO in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Active or eligible license in the state of California
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Spanish proficiency a plus
